Should the OU provide support for open source software users, e.g. GNU/Linux?
Should the Open University be supporting users who use open source software such as GNU/Linux.

Do you mean for staff on site, staff at home, or students?

All three, but most importantly, students should not be forced to use a particular operating system, in my opinion, unless using some specialist software only available for Windows, for example. Most courses seem to only require a browser and office suite, of which there are many good free versions.
